(11/9/04) ABX Air, Inc., reported today that for the quarter ended September 30, 2004, net earnings were $7.1 million, or $0.12 per diluted share. Net earnings improved from the third quarter of 2003, when ABX earned $4.4 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, excluding a 2003 impairment charge.
