How To Ship Hazardous Materials

NOTE: Any and all of the information presented herein is for reference purposes only. None of the information presented is designed or intended to replace formal training, which is required by the Department of Transportation (DOT) in Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR). At a minimum, all shipments of hazardous materials must be prepared in accordance with DOT regulations (or IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, as applicable) for the commodity being shipped. Failure to do so can result in substantial civil and/or criminal penalties, as well as a delay in shipping.
